ATL:  Communication skills: Write for different purposes
 Imagine your school is hosting students from another country on an exchange programme. You have volunteered to have one of the students live in your home during their visit.

Write an email to inform the student about the activities you can cdo in your spare time in your city or town. Look aback at Unit 1 to review vocabulary on the topic of neighbourhoods and communities.

In your email, include details about:
    sports and leisure facilities
    extra-curricular clubs/activities offered at school.

Think carefully about the word choices your make.

Remember, it is important to make your work "look" like an email.
